Figures in first quarter show stability is back

Signs of some stabilisation in the Irish commercial property market are reflected in the latest Jones Lang LaSalle Irish Property Index for the first three months of this year. Improved rental performance boosted overall returns but capital returns continued to fall. Compared to the last quarter of 2011 the JLLS overall index return rose 0.6pc while income improved 1.6pc and rental values by 0.7pc.
